Now I'm not going to just give out my street address here, but I'll give you a map of the street.
Biking here is not bad. There's a really steep hill going up Seaview from Colusa, but otherwise Colusa is a gentle ride. You can also go up arlington and cut down across Sunset.
Busses run right by here, you should check out the 7 (which drops off near Arlington and Sunset) or the 79 (which drops off near Colusa and Fairmont). There's even a trans-bay line you can take from 'Frisco in the evening between 3:40 and 7:15pm - the G.
We're also close to the El Cerrito Plaza BART.
And of course, if you're really hurtin', you might convince Derek to give you a ride in the M3.
